Via booking system integration: name, phone number, and appointment history.

Message content, timestamps, and delivery status.

Data Retention

Active Accounts

Data retained while subscription is active.

Cancelled Accounts

Data retained for 90 days, then permanently deleted.

SMS Logs

Retained for 12 months for compliance purposes.

Your Rights

  • download Barbers can export their data at any time via the portal.
  • delete Barbers can request deletion of their data.
  • block End customers can opt out of SMS by replying STOP.

Security
