Service Description

Caviyo provides AI-powered SMS communication services for barbershops. The service sends and receives SMS on behalf of the barber using a dedicated phone number.

Acceptable Use

check System is for business communication with customers only.
close No personal messaging, spam, or bulk marketing beyond the system's designed workflows.
close No illegal content or harassment.
close Misuse results in account suspension.

Billing

Subscription

Monthly subscription billed via Stripe. Prices listed ex GST — GST added at checkout.

SMS Usage

SMS usage caps per plan — overage may result in throttling or additional charges.

Failed Payments

7-day grace period, then service paused.

Cancellation

Cancel Anytime

Cancel via your portal. No lock-in, no penalties.

Number Retention

Your number is held for 7 days after cancellation.

Data Retention

Data retained for 90 days after cancellation.

Reactivation

Return within 90 days and your data is preserved. New number required.

Liability

Caviyo is not responsible for missed appointments or incorrect AI responses.
The service is provided "as is" — we aim for high uptime but do not guarantee 100%.
AI responses are generated automatically — barbers are responsible for reviewing system behaviour.

AI Disclosure

Customers communicating via SMS are interacting with an AI assistant. Caviyo makes commercially reasonable efforts to ensure responses are accurate and appropriate.
